Use this route for copyright or takedown review, moderation appeals, privacy or data requests, account recovery when a recovery code is unavailable, and general service concerns.
SharedMorrow currently provides an in-product manual-review form. It does not claim an operator company, public email address, telephone number, postal address, statutory agent, governing jurisdiction or guaranteed response time that has not been published.
What to include
Identify the relevant SharedMorrow URL or account details you remember, explain the request, and provide a contact method that the reviewer can use. For copyright or takedown review, identify the protected work or interest, the requested action and your good-faith authority.
Never submit a password, session cookie, API token, private key, recovery code or one-time reset token. Account recovery is manually reviewed and never automatically approved from this form.
Review and records
Authorized operators can review, approve or reject the request and retain a minimal audit record. Sensitive account-recovery approval is restricted to the Owner role and does not automatically issue credentials.
Use local emergency services or relevant public authorities for immediate danger. Contact & Appeals is not an emergency channel.
