Purpose and safety boundary

SharedMorrow is a community and resource platform for preparedness, recovery and resilient local action. It is not an emergency dispatch service, government warning system, medical provider, rescue organization or guarantee of safety.

Do not rely on SharedMorrow or its Telegram community for urgent warnings or emergency instructions. Follow applicable local authorities and emergency services.

Accounts and acceptable use

Use accurate account information, protect your credentials and do not impersonate another person, authority or organization. You are responsible for content submitted through your account.

Do not use the service for harassment, targeted abuse, scams, spam, dangerous misinformation, doxxing, illegal content, coordinated manipulation or instructions intended to harm people.

Content and licensing

Only submit content you have the right to share. You keep ownership of your content and permit SharedMorrow to store, display, format and moderate it as needed to operate the service.

Community and editorial material may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Verify important information with authoritative local sources and qualified professionals.

Moderation, availability and changes

SharedMorrow may hide, restrict, remove or preserve content and may restrict accounts when reasonably needed for safety, policy enforcement, service integrity or legal compliance. Reports and decisions may be retained in an audit record.

The service may change, pause or end features without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Material policy changes should be published on these pages before they take effect.

Legal status pending

OWNER LEGAL-IDENTITY DECISION PENDING: public legal operator identity, governing jurisdiction, age threshold, dispute terms and jurisdiction-specific liability language have not been invented. They remain a pre-index Owner and legal gate.
